Terms of Service

1. What TokDeals is

TokDeals is a deal-discovery website. We aggregate publicly listed product discounts from TikTok Shop and present them for browsing. We do not sell products, process payments, or handle shipping — all purchases happen on TikTok Shop under its own terms.

2. Prices and availability

Prices, discounts, and stock change frequently and may differ from what is shown here by the time you check out. The price displayed on TikTok Shop at the moment of purchase is the binding one. We update listings daily but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

3. Affiliate links

Outgoing product links may be affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how the site is funded.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site aggressively, misrepresent our content as your own, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may block abusive clients.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the accuracy of deal data or the availability of any offer. Product quality disputes are between you and the TikTok Shop seller.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase made through linked merchants.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

8. Contact
